DARe 2025 is all about creating a platform to exchange\nideas and experiences across intersecting fields. While we\u2019re keen to spotlight\nPhD candidates<\/span>\u2014whose fresh ideas drive innovation\u2014we also welcome experienced academics<\/span>. The mix of new and experienced voices creates an inspiring\nenvironment for sharing insights and sparking collaboration - as the 1st DARe conference proved. 
\n
Digital media and\ncomputation are transforming architecture at every stage, from sketches to\nconstruction. They shape both physical structures and purely digital spaces,\noffering an exciting playground for exploration. We can\u2019t wait to see the ideas\nyou bring. This year\u2019s conference will emphasize\nmultidisciplinary approaches.<\/span> Architecture thrives on collaboration, and we aim\nto highlight intersections with civil and structural engineering, material\nscience, and environmental design. By connecting these fields, we can uncover\nnew solutions to sustainability, resilience, and design challenges. Critical\nreflection on the influence of digital tools is essential. DARe isn\u2019t just\nabout showcasing technology\u2014it\u2019s about debating its impact. How does\ncomputation reshape design theory? How do evolving tools influence\narchitectural education and the built environment? Bring your passion, whether\nit\u2019s theoretical or practical.\nDoctoral research thrives on breaking boundaries and\nredefining knowledge. 
DARe is the space to challenge norms and test new ideas. PhD candidates are encouraged to present their work and engage in discussions\nthat might just lead to their next breakthrough.<\/span> And if you\u2019re not a PhD\nstudent? Your insights are still invaluable\u2014sometimes an outside perspective is\nwhat\u2019s needed. 
To support emerging researchers, the first \u200b16 PhD candidates\nwho will have their abstracts accepted, will receive scholarships refunding travel and\nsubsistence costs.<\/b> Scholarships will be funded by the Polish National\nAgency for Academic Exchange (NAWA)<\/span>. 
We believe in your work and want to help you\nshare it.\nAccepted papers will be published in a dedicated\nmonograph, ensuring lasting visibility in the academic community. We hope this\npublication will reflect the spirit of innovation and collaboration at DARe.\nWe look forward to welcoming you to Bialystok for what\npromises to be an engaging and inspiring event! \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n

Scholarships for PhD Candidates<\/h2>\n

The Faculty of Architecture of the Bialystok University of Technology is glad to announce that 17 refund grants will be offered for foreign (non - Polish) PhD students and 3 academic teachers to support participation in the conference <\/b>(a grant will cover travel, accommodation and subsistence costs, as a lump sum refund).  
\n
To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must be either enrolled as a doctoral student or have your PhD project formally open.<\/b> Grants are funded in the frames of  NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange) programme- \u201cPROM \u2013 Short-term academic exchange\u201d. The program is financed by European funds from the European Fund for Social Development 2021-2027 (FERS). The grants will be offered to the first 20 potential participants, who will get their abstract accepted.<\/span><\/i>\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
